Trial processes of occupying authorities in Macedonia

The trials of the occupying authorities in Macedonia (1941-1944) – Processes against members of the Macedonian national liberation movement. Specialized Military Dispenses (Vego) courts judged shortened procedure, or often they did not conduct an evidence procedure, but judged without evidence. The first trial of the Bulgarian government was conducted at the end of August 1941. against the participants of the Ilinden demonstrations in Skopje. Court processes were organized against the captured partisans, members of the Prilep and Kumanovo Partisan Squad (autumn 1941). Only in 1941 Over 40 death and more than sixty stringent time penalties were imposed. The processes in the coming years, with the development of the liberation movement, continued to be conducted with greater intensity.
