TRADE, Shaban (Skopje, 1 and 1965) – wrestler. He was a member of the Lira Martial Club in Skopje. He is a multiple youth and senior champion of Yugoslavia and State Representant. The youth Balkan championships came twice and once for cadets and won two gold and one bronze medal. The European Championships of Youth, Germany, 1985) Silver, Athens (Greece, 1986) Silver, Manchester (England, 1988) Bronze and Poznan (Poland, 1990) Gold medal. The Mediterranean games in Casablanca (Morocco, 1983), Latakia (Syria, 1987) and Athens (Greece, 1991) won gold medals. In the world championships, he performed six times (1982-1990), and his best result is the Bronze Medal in Edmonton (Canada, 1982). At the Olympic Games in Los Angeles (USA, 1984) won golden, Seoul (South Korea, 1988) Silver Medal, and In Atlanta (USA, 1996) he took a fifth place. He was elected the best athlete of Yugoslavia (1984 and 1988), and Macedonia six times (1984-1991) and for the best in the 20th century.
