Nish Accord (1923) – Agreement between the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and Bulgaria for securing the border. The action of the armed troops of VMRO on the territory of the Kingdom in the Vardar part of Macedonia threatened to lead to a military conflict. The Bulgarian government was forced to accept bargaining settlement. The mixed delegation was sitting in Nis (1-17. Ⅲ 1923). The nine protocols of the Commission of the Commission represent the Border Security Agreement. The Contracting Parties agreed that only with direct security at the border line could not prevent the transfer of the Committee troops and agreed to take in-depth provision and undertaking effective measures for strengthening the state power in the background of the endangered part of the border for disabling the Chetland organization and penetration and entry . Each government independently undertook the necessary measures. With this, the Bulgarian government committed itself to establish effective power in the Pirin part of Macedonia and the Kyustendil region, where VMRO was installed.
