Thessaloniki Kingdom (1204- 1224) – Latin Crusade, with a center in Thessaloniki, founded the main leader of the fourth Crusadsal Market Boniface Montafers (1204-1207). It covered South and Eastern Macedonia, Thessaly, Central Greece and Peloponnese. After the death of Boniface, his juvenile son Dimitrij (1207-1224) came on the throne, who was crowned for king (1209) and ruled with regents. After the death of the Latin King Henrich, 516, many of the elves returned to the west, and Thessaloniki left the Queen Margaro, who returned to Hungary (1223). The kingdom did not have forces map of the Thessaloniki Kingdom (1204) to be defended by the epilic attacks, therefore Pope Honorius ⅲ (1216-1227) took it under their own patronage. The defense of the city was entrusted to Marquis Gai Palavicino, and organized the Crusade of Defense of Thessaloniki (1224), which ended without success.
