The Serbian-Montenegrin military alliance

Serbian-Montenegrin Military Union (1876) and Macedonia – a war agreement for the release of Christians. Immediate goal – the release of the Serbian people from the power of the Ottoman state. The agreed strategic directions of action envisaged the war to be conducted on the entire territory of its Balkan possessions, and the priority direction for the action of the Serbian army was also to the territory of Macedonia. In order to achieve the goal in the secret agreement for the Alliance (signed in Venice, 3. ⅵ 1876), the creation of a Balkan Union with Romania and Greece was envisaged. Obi-Dot to win those two Balkan states was unsuccessful. Lit.: Macedonia in bilateral and multilateral agreements in the Balkan states, Skopje, 2000. M. Min. Irena attitudes-readers
