Such a right was also received by the city of Lychnidos (LSChnidos). These bronze coins with the name of the city (λυχνι-διων) were wrought in the period between 187 and 171. BC The Raver-Sot of the coins is represented by a Macedonian shield, and the reverse is the representation of the front part of the Korab (sometimes before the operation of Slim Dolphin). Lichnidic money, through the chosen representation of the reverse (Korab), faithfully depict the location of the city of Lychnid (today Ohrid). Lit.: V.
