The colonization of the Macedonians in Vojvodina (1945-1946) – colonization carried out on the basis of the settlement on settlement in Vojvodina and the Decree of the Settlement Commission from the DFJ Agrarian Council (8. IX 1945). The Agricultural Council made a decision from Macedonia to Vojvodina to be colonized 2,000 families, mainly in Banat (in the vicinity of Pancevo, Vrsac and Plandiste). In the s. Jabuka, in the vicinity of Pancevo, was settled 643 Macedonian families with 3,784 inhabitants and Macedonians represented 92% of the population, in the village. Glogon 90%, and in the village. About 6,000 Macedonians and Greeks from the movement of resistance in Greece were taken care of. According to post-war censuses, the number of Macedonians in Vojvodina varied: from 9,090 Macedonians (1948), 10,726 (1953), 15,190 (1961, of which 8,571 of male and 6,619 females), 18,897 (1971) and 11,785 (2002) or 0.58% of the total population. There is no merchant without Macedonians, and most of them in the Pancevian and the transient borough.
