Storkles (tabanida) – Two-crisis insects, good flyers with size up to 3 cm. Have an oral apparatus adapted for brace and sucking blood. Famous are like bloodshots. In parlades summer days, especially before rain, they attack the reciprocal of the floor, and people. The bite is painful and the long-lasting swelling. About 3,000 species are known in the world. In Macedonia, 20 species were registered, out of which were known for the bovine stork (Tabanus Boreus L.) and the rainstel (Hayemato Plivalis L.).
