Stefkovski, Blagoja (Gojcho; Pseud. Mr. Mintan) (Kumanovo, 1905 – Skopje, 3. ⅹⅰⅰ 1965) – Young poet, communist Dean, NOB organizer, General Major JNA. He finished second class gymnasium, and then studied the tailorial craft. As an activist of the trade union movement, he became a member of the CPY (from 1935), a member of the IMC of the MK of the CPY in Kumanovo (1938). Was an associate of c. “Our Word” (Skopje, 1939), where he also published the Vessels in Macedonian language. A delegate was elected at ⅴ Earth Conference of the CPY (Zagreb, 1940), but was prevented from traveling. As a member of the MAC (1941), he was one of the organizers of the Kozjak and Karado NOPO, and after their breakdown, he was elected secretary of the MK (January 1942). The author of several articles in the body of the GB of the CPY in Kumanovo “Octbris” (October-November 1942). Soon he was arrested (1943), and then interned in Enricoy, where he organized the core of the CPM. After returning (October 1943) departed in partisan units as a political commissioner of the Kumanovo NOO (1944), a member of the KPM district committee and later political commissioner of the Bregalnica-Strumica (Macedonian) Corps of Nova. After the liberation, the Faculty of Law graduated was the chairman of the Council of the Supreme Court of Macedonia, a lecturer in the Strategy of the High of the Military Academy, the Republic of the National MP and performed high duties in the Skopje Army Obest.
