Serbian-Bulgarian secret agreement for alliance

Serbian-Bulgarian secret agreement for alliance (Belgrade, 30. ⅲ / 12. ⅳ 1904). The Ilinden uprising and the reform action of the European major forces in Macedonia influenced Serbia and Bulgaria for concluding an agreement on an alliance. The agreement complied with jointly, with all available forces, to defend territorial integrity, the inviolability of the ruling dynasties and territorial status quo in the Balkans, to oppose the occupation of the three Vilaets: Thessaloniki, Bitola and Skopje by any country. The unique attitude is not allowed to allow autonomy of Macedonia and “from the Macedonian Slavs to create a new Slavic states” in the Balkans, and the three Macedonian vilaets name Macedonia and Old Serbia, without territorial delineation. With that, Serbia provided unilateral interpretation for spreading and claims in Macedonia. For the disputed issues they agreed to submit them to resolve the Russian Emperor. On the same day, Serbia and Bulgaria signed a public friendship and economic cooperation agreement and a locked protocol.
