Selimovski, Jakup (Kicevo, 3. X 1946) & Member of the IRC and director of her sector for religious education and upbringing. Upon completion of elementary education in his hometown and secondary Islamic school in Sarajevo, he graduated from the Faculty of Philology (Group of Islamic Civilization and History) at the Islamic University “El-Ashar” in Cairo (Egypt). He works in the IRC as the Officer and Secretary of the Elderity (1972 & 1980), when he was appointed as president of the IRC of the SRM (1980 & 1991), after which he was elected Reis Ulem of the IRM of Yugoslavia to her decay (1991 & 1993). He was a member of the Council of IDM and the Supreme Council of Irzj, as well as in the elders of the ICMM and in the Supreme Elderhood of Irzj (since 1980). The only member of the World Islamic League region in Mecca (Saudi Arabia, 1990 & 1998), President of the Assembly of Islamic Religious Communities for Southeast Europe in Vienna (1989) and participant at the first conference of the Eurasian Islamic Association (1992) in Ankara (RT). , as well as at many other international conferences for peace and cooperation among civilizations. Initiator for opening a secondary Islamic school (1983) and the designer of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in Kondovo. Under his leadership in 1987 The publication of the Islamic trilingual newspaper “Young Moon” (in Turkish, Albanian and Macedonian) and the establishment of the humanitarian organization “El Hilal” (1989) begins.
