Rankovic, John

Rankovic, John (Belgrade, 12. ⅷ 1902 – 3. 1992) – Architect, full professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Skopje. He graduated from the architectural department at the Faculty of Technical Faculty in Belgrade (1927). In Macedonia he lives and works from 1952 to 1975. In addition to pedagogical activity (teaches the course designing residential and catering facilities), it also deals with scientific research work and architectural design. His significant realizations in the Republic of Macedonia: The Club of Members of Parliament in Skopje (1957); Investment Bank in Skopje (1958); The Student House “Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu” in Skopje (1958); Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Skopje (1959).
