Rahimi, Shukri (Schakru Rahimi) (village Nesalece, Bujanovac, Serbia, 8. ⅺ 1925) – Historian, UNIV. Professor. He finished elementary school in his native village (1932-1936). He was a participant in Noavs as a fighter of the Albanian-Presevano But Brigade and the seventeenth Serbian But Brigade (1944 – AV-GUT 1945), the twenty-fourth Serbian but brigade and forty-first (Macedonian) division of Nova (August 1945 – the end of 1946 ) when he was demobilized. He was appointed a teacher in the village. Great Thornovac, near Bujanovac (start of 1947). After the end of two courses, he enrolled at the Higher Pedagogical School – a group of history and geography (1951), and after graduation he was appointed as a school inspector based in Bujanovac. In order to resume studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (Group History), the family moved to Skopje (1957). After graduation (1960), two years was a librarian at the Department of History of the Faculty and published his first scientific attachment (1962). He was a professor at the Teacher School “Zef Lush Mark” (1962- 1965) and the Pedagogical Academy (1965-1975) in Skopje. He received his doctorate at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje on the topic “The struggle of Albanians for autonomy (1894- 1912 (1974) and then crossed as a professor at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Pristina (from 1975 to retirement). He was MP of PDP in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia ( 1992-1994). He is author of 64 articles and other articles, primary and secondary education textbooks and five monographs. His scientific preoccupation is the past of Albanians under the Ottoman rule, especially in Kosovo Vilaya and Macedonia.
