Popovski, Zivko (Skopje, 30. ⅶ 1934 – Skopje, 10 and 2007) – Architect, full professor at the Faculty of Architecture. He graduated from the architectural department Zivko Popovski at the Technical Faculty in Skopje (1961). He taught the subject design of social buildings. He participated in several anonymous architectural-urban competitions on the territory of the former Yugoslavia, as well as in other countries. He stressed a special interest in architectural theory and criticism. He also dealt with publicism – published several studies in expert journals and in the daily press. Significant realized facilities: City Shopping Center in Skopje (1971); House of pensioners in Ohrid (1972); House of Culture “Grigor Prlicev” in Ohrid (1981) – Adaptation and reconstruction.
