Popovski, Alexander (Skopje, 13. ⅷ 1969) – director. He graduated from the Department for Theater and Film Directed by FDA in Skopje (1994). Together with Darko Mitrovski, he is the founder of the alternative group “worm” (1989-1991) and the film production house “Mirko and Slavko – First Partisan Production” (1996). Directions: “but under the cloud” (along with Darko Mitrevski); “Mome fuck who first started”; “Wild meat”; “The Balkans is not dead”; “Don Juan”. Often directing and outside the borders of Macedonia: “Powder Barut” (Theater Kaempress, Zagreb, Croatia); “Roberto Zuko” (Atelje 212, Belgrade, Serbia); “Don Quixote” (Slavic Natural Watchlist, Ljubljana, Slovenia).
