Petrovski, Branko Pavlev

Petrovski, Branko Pavlev (village, Gostivar, 23. and 1922 – Skopje, 13. ⅳ 2009) – Pedagogue, university professor. He graduated from the Teacher School in Belgrade (1942). He was a participant in the NOB (Ra-Net on the Srem Front). He graduated from Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1950), where he acquires with the title Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (1978). Worked as a High School Professor (Teacher School Nikola Karev, Skopje), adviser in the Republic Institute for Study and Promotion of Scheduling and Professor of the VPC, that is, the Pedagogical Academy “Kliment Ohridski” in Skopje. He worked at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1961-1963) and (1973-1987), performing teaching on subjects pedagogy with basics of psychology and counseling and orientation. He was president of the Pedagogical Council of SRM, editor-in-chief of the SP. “Enlightenment”, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy (1981-1983) and Head of the Institute of Pedagogy (19831985). He is the author of a hundred professional and scientific papers in the field of pedagogy and psychology.
