People’s courts – The bodies of the judiciary in the People’s Republic of Macedonia. The covenant of these authorities are the court instations envisaged in the Rulebook on Judicial Bodies adopted at the Rila Congress of VMRO (1905). On 20. ⅹ 1944 The Presidium of ASNOM brought a solution to the formation of folk courts. At 31. ⅲ 1945 A charter was made of a regular folk courts of federal Macedonia, according to which 25 district, three district courts and supreme federal court were formed.
