Peas

Peas. (Pysum Sativium L. SSP. Satorium) – a one-year plant from FAM. Fabaceae. It originates from Southeast Asia, a harvest and Ethiopia. The world is grown at about 10,000,000 ha, most in: China, Russia, USA, England, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Belgium. The young grain is consumed (seed) in cooked condition, canned or frozen. Mainly contains proteins, sugars, starch, vitamins (A, B, B, C) 12 and minerals (IMO, CSO, FE and 25 RO). D. J. 25.
