Cleens (Chleridae) – Medium large hard-shaped insects. Colored black to darkometally or are colorful, size 10-16 mm. Have heavily developed hunting jaws. The larvae are red and predatory, feed with larvae cheek (bee wolf) from other insects. In the world, 3,000 species are known. The most common type in Macedonia is the bee wolf (Tritzdes Aparius L.); has a distinctly colorful cover (red-black); The larvae live in nests from solitary bees, but also in bee baskets, where they develop.
