Ottoman-Serbian Consular Convention (Constantinople, 26. ⅱ / 9. ⅲ 1896). The interim agreement was replaced by its signature, concluded in Belgrade (22. ⅷ / 4 ⅸ 1886). By concluding the consular convention, Serbia could open its own Kunasular representative offices in Turkey, consequently in Macedonia. With Art.13 of the Convention of Consuls were recognized judicial power in disputes between Serbian citizens. Serbian citizens have received the right to buy and dispose of immovable properties in Macedonia. Serbia opened consulates in Skopje, Bitola, Thessaloniki and Serez, which took over the financing and management of Serbian propaganda in Macedonia.
