Osmani, Abdullah (village Matejce, Kumanovo, 12. ⅳ 1921) – Political Dice. Finished a gymnasium. Member of the CPM (1945). Was a teacher, director of an eight-year school, vice president of the NBar National Board in Kumanovo, president of the Assembly of the municipality of Lipkovo, vice president of the Parliament of the Kumanovo Borough, chairman of the Municipal Board of SSRM and a member of the CPM envelope in Kumanovo, as well as a member of the CC of SCM and member of the SCM Control Commission, MP in the Organizational and Political Council of the Assembly of the SFRY and MP in the Republic Council of the Assembly of the SRM.
