Oil plants – This group includes plants that are grown for seed and fruit, oil rich. Plant oil accounts for about 70% of the global production of smooth. The oil of many plants serves for human nutrition, directly or indirectly, and represents high quality food. The nutritional value of one kg of oil is flat to 2.25 kg of sugar, 4 kg of bread and 8 kg of potato. Plant oils of their chemical composition represent complex esters of glycerin with more than 40 fatty acids.
