Ohrid Sandzak

Ohrid Sandzak (ⅹⅴ-ⅹⅰⅹ c.) – One of the oldest administrative-territorial units in the Ottoman Empire on the territory of Macedonia, formed in ⅹⅴ c. with a center in Ohrid. The Sandkak included only a small part of the western part of Macedonia and entered deeply in Albanian territory.
