The plants (a total of 18) were released from 1962 to 1965. After a brief independent work “acetylic” and “Biljana” are integrated and since 1964. They work as an organic-chemical industry “Naum Naumovski-Borce”, and then under the abbreviated name “Ohis” – Skopje. In 1970 In cooperation with the French firm “Rhosta Peerenz” begins production of polyvinylchloride. In 1973 The co-operation was built and the Polyester Fiber “Hemteks” plant. Founder is also on the oil refinery (today’s “OKTA”) in Miladinovci, the factory for the Bekalval Fiber “Gez” – Gostivar, “Ading” – Skopje, a drug factory, etc. In 1990 he was partially privatized and works as a joint stock company. “Ohis” was the leader of the chemical industry in the Republic of Macedonia, but is credited for the textile, for the construction and other industries, as well as agriculture and other activities. Produces chemical fibers (“Malon”) and a non-boiled glass fiber; PVCplasty (powder, emulsions, suspensions and finished products: pipes, foils, additives and subsidiary construction); base chemicals: chlorine, hydrochloric acid and other chlorinated products, sodium hydroxide and water glass; Surface active assets: liquid and detergents powder; Cosmetics: perfumes, colonnones, shampoos and pastes; drugs; pesticides; Process equipment and more.
