Mushrooms

Mushrooms (Agarcits SP.) – Naseless uniform plants, which most often multiply with spores. They raised old Romans, and from ⅹⅴⅰⅰ c. are widespread in Europe. How food is used boiled, baked, marinated. Fresh mushrooms contain: water (about 89%); proteins (4.9%); carbon hydrates (3.6%); fat (0.2%); mineral substances (0.8%); Organic acids. The production is the most widespower (Agarcits Cristorus), the Books (Pollotus Aastretus) and Shitake (Latinus Eddes). Required production conditions: temperature for the development of myself 22- O 25 C, for the formation of fruitless o bodies 16-18 C, humidity of the substrate (compost) 65-68%, humidity in air 80-90% and PX 6, 8- 7.2.
