Mucha, Petrit Topum (Debar, 24. ⅴ 1929) – Teacher and Society. He finished teaching school. He was a participant in NOVM (from 1943) and a member of the SCM (from 1948). He was a teacher and director of elementary schools in Street and Debar, a municipal congregation, a member of the Municipal Committee of the SCM, Secretary of the Municipal Trade Union Council in Debar and vice president of the council of the municipalities of the congregation of the SRM (1970).
