Mihailov, Delcho (Skopje, 27. ⅺ 1947) – cartoonist, director of an animated film, animator, illustrator. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Skopje (1974). He works in the studio for Animated Film of “Vardar Film” (1975-1984), where he also creates his first animated film “Homo Screen” (1977). As a standalone author, he has realized six animated films. Appointed director of the International Film Camera Festival (1996-2000). C. MASLE.
