Mashkov, Victor Fyodorovich

Mashkov, Viktor Fyodorovich – Russian consul in Skopje to the Balkan Wars (1912/13). After the end of the Yuncky School in Tiflis, he was in the Vladikkovski regiment and as a lieutenant reservist traveled to Abyssinia. Consul in Skopje with particular affection for Serbian politics in Macedonia. After the October revolution, as an immigrant died in Yugoslavia. Bl. R.
