Today, the company’s ownership structure is the following: “Stone Bridge Communications” AD Skopje owns 51% of the shares, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia 34.81%, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) 1.88%, JSC “Makedonski Telekomunikacii” 10%, and The remaining 2.31% of the shares belong to minority shareholders.
