Lazarov, Ljupco (Skopje, 24. ⅰ 1949) – City. Ing., order. Prof. At the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje (since 1995), the subjects in the field of technical mechanics and the strength of the materials. The Fulbright Scholarship stayed in the United States (1978/79), and received his Ph.D. in 1985. in Skopje. Managed with scientific research projects.
