Kovachev, Vladislav (Slavco) (Stip, 5. ⅰ 1875 – Sofia, 13. IX 1924) – Participant in the Ilinden Uprising, a leader and ideologist of Moof, a magazine, a judge in Bulgaria. Graduated from a military school in Sofia. He was Secretary of the Supreme Committee (1899-1901) and an editor of his body c. “Reforms”. In 1902, he decided against Verthism, with Chief, he went to Macedonia and led the struggling of the Verders for the prevention of the Juma uprising. In the Ilinden uprising, as Stip-Sky Duke, he fought in Stip, Kocani and Kratovo. In 1910 He graduated from legal sciences in Paris, and in 1911. PhD in Brussels. After the First World War in with-Vladislav Kovachev, Fia was a lawyer and a judge, an editor of c. “Autonomous Macedonia” (1920-1923), an ideologue of Moof (1921) by determining an independent Macedonia in the Balkan Federation. Since 1923 he was a member of the Governing Body of the Ilinden Organization. Killed after Gornodumah killings (1924) committed by VMRO of Yves. Mihailov.
