The Judicial Council of the Republic of Macedonia – An independent body of the judiciary in the Republic of Macedonia. It is introduced by the constitutional amendments since 2005. In the place of the Republican Judicial Council, which operated from 1994 to 2006. The Judicial Council consists of 15 members: eight elect judges from their ranks; Five elects the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, and after the Council of the Council is also the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Macedonia and the Minister of Justice. There are 625 judges from all courts in the country. The elections were conducted on 15. ⅺ 2006 at the 31th polling station. Eight judges are selected from among the 53 established candidates, direct elections and secret ballot. Five Judicial Palace in Skopje: The Judicial Council of the Republic of Macedonia and the Supreme Court members are selected in 2007. Of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, three of which on a proposal from the Commission for the election and appointment of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, and two on the proposal of President Branko Crvenkovski.
