Janevski, Slavko (Skopje, 11. ⅰ 1920 – Skopje, 30. ⅰ 2000) – poet, short story writer, novelist, essayist, screenwriter, painter. It was very early to deal with literature and painting. Participant is in the Noob. As a member of ⅲ Macedonian striking brigade writes the verses bloody array, published immediately after the liberation. Since January 1945 It regulates the first periodic publication for children in the Macedonian language “Pioneer”. He was editor-in-chief of the Literature and Art magazines “New Day” and “Contemporary”, the literary show “Horizon” and the humorous-satirical newspaper “Osten”. Much of his life spent him as an editor in the publishing houses “Koco Racin”, “Macedonian Book” and “Our Book”. He was one of the founders of the Writers’ Association of Macedonia (1947) and his president; Chairman of the Council of Struga Poetry Evenings and Racin meetings, as well as one of the founders of MANU (18. ⅷ 1967). His works were translated into all South Slavic and many other languages ​​in the world. He is represented in Macedonian, European and world anthologies. He is the author of the first novel and the first more in the Macedonian literature and one of the most extensive desks in Macedonian literature.
