ICEV, Aleksandar (Kavadarci, 11. ⅵ 1921) – Metalmar, Primary and politician. He completed the construction school in Kavadarci and the military craft school at the Military-Technical Office in Kragujevac. As a prominent member of the workers’ movement, he became a member of the CPY (1940). He was a participant in NOVM (1941) in Illegal party-political work as a member of the IC of SCOY and Secretary of the MK of the CPY in Kavadarci, the instructor of the second district committee of the CPM, member and secretary of the CPM envelope for the Tikvesh. After the liberation, Major Major, the instructor of the KPM district in Bitola, Secretary of the District People’s Board and a member of the CPM District Committee in Veles, President of the Main Board of the National Technique of Macedonia (1957). On the first (1948), the second (28 & 30), the third (21 & 23. ⅴ 1959) and the fifth Congress (19 & 21. Xi 1968) was elected as a member of the CPM CC. Also, in more convened, it was republic (from the first convening) and federal (from the second convening) MP. He was Director of the Metal Institute “Tito” in Skopje, President of the Committee on Transport of the Government of the NRM, the CC Instructor of the CPM, vice president of the State Control Committee of the NRM, secretary of the CPM envelope and the President of the National Board in Kavadarci, Secretary of the KPM district and president of the district national board in Stip, chairman of the Republic Council of SSM, member of the Presidency of the Central Council of the SSJ and chairman of the Central Board of the Union of Trade Unions of the Metal Workers of Yugoslavia, President of the Narely People’s Committee In Veles, president of the Economic Council of the Assembly of the SRM, a functionary in the Assembly of the SRM (1970), etc. The holder is a partisan monument 1941.
