“Holy Mother of God Hospital” – Church in the hospital enormousness versus “St. Nicholas “, built in the sixties of the ⅹⅳ century, from Jacob, Abbamen of Clement’s monastery of Plaoshnik. After the form is a one-aisled church with an overwhelming transverse ship in the form of a transhipment. The fresco painting of the older layer is preserved in the altar space and partially in the nave where several figures of saints of the first zone were preserved, and the deposit characters of petal martyrs in medallions from the second zone. The frescoes of this layer are the work of a painter that previously painted the southern chapel of “Virgin Periblepta”, and later, after finishing the frescoes in the “Virgin Hospital”, a picture in Markov Monastery. Thirty years after construction and painting, the church was restored by upgrading the walls and adding the transverse ship, the transpt. This great rebuild is associated with the unidentified Ohrid Archbishop, which is painted on the southern wall of the Church, next to the entrance doors. At the same time, the terrible court of the southern facade of the Church is painted. From the former iconostasis, the one wing of the royal doors, which, according to the quality of the artistic work, are included in the most beautiful works of the Ohrid icon painting from the middle of the ⅹⅴⅰ century.
