Gurgur Tumba (Bitola) – Neolithic settlement. It is located on the outskirts of the city, near the factory “Bitolateex”. It represents a tumba with a diameter at the base of 250 m and height 3 m. With trial probal excavations (1952 and 1981), organized by the then National Museum, a cultural layer of 3,50 m with artifacts of two stages of living, from the time of the Middle Neolithic of Velevo-Perald Cultural Group, was established.
