Georgios I.

Georgios and (Denmark, 1845 – Thessaloniki, 1913) – King of Greece (1863-1913). By origin Danets, the second son of King Christian IX. The Greek throne came with British support. He was advocated for the accomplishment of megali the idea for the territorial expansion of Greece in Macedonia, and it used family ties with the European royal courtyards. Killed in Thessalonica.
