General Macedonian conference in Veles (21. ⅺ / 4. ⅹⅰⅰ 1912) – Secret conference of D. Chupovski with representatives of the entire occupied Macedonia for an agreement on the perspectives of the country and the people. At the moment when the troops of the Balkan allies occupied the territory of Macedonia, so K. Misirkov walked into Thessaloniki, Dr. Constantinovich as a volunteer at Cetinje Military Hospital, D. Chupovski starts from S.-Petersburg and through Sofia and Skopje he reaches Veles, where after a previous agreement with P. Popars, I. Pop Yorkanov, A. Martulkov, R. Rizov, A. Chupovski and P. Popars will travel to Paris and London to act in front of the London Peace Conference on Independent or Autonomous Macedonia. Chupovski manages to return to Russia, but Popars can not cross the occupying boundaries.
