Curtle, Saliu (Saliu Kurtesech) (Tykle, Kosovo, 1940) – Lawyer, UNIV. Professor. He finished elementary school in the birthplace, and secondary education in Pristina. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Pristina (1965), a master’s degree at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb and PhD at the Faculty of Law in Pristina (1977) on the topic “The development, development and position of SAP Kosovo in the Yugoslav Socialist Federation”. The Faculty of Law Faculty in Pristina was elected assistant (1965), assistant (1973), Associate (1978) and full-time professor of constitutional law (1983). The same teaching subject also provides at the Faculty of Law of Southeast Europe in Tetovo. He was a visiting professor at several foreign universities in Europe and Asia.
