Angoli, Kemal (Debar, 1918 – Nakal Otok, after 1948) – Communist DECE of Albanian origin. As an absolute after philosophy and pedagogy, he became a member of a diversion group (October 1941), a member of the KPA and a fighter of the Partisan Squad in Albania (1942). As a resort activist in Debar (from the end of 1942) he was arrested and conducted in the prison in Tirana. After the capitulation of Italy (8. IX 1943) entered the partisan squad of Hadji Lushi, was a political commissioner of the first NOOP, a political commissioner of the Battalion of the First Makedonski Kosovo Nou Brigade (11. Xi 1943) and political commissar of the fourth youth but Shiptar Brigade ( 1944). He was elected a delegate from Macedonia for the second session of Awnoy and a delegate of the first session of ASNOM.
