CHICKA (Helianus Tuberosus) – many years of visible plant. Originated from North America. It was transferred to us at the beginning of ⅹⅴⅰⅰⅰ c. It is grown due to the clubs, which have high feeding value: contain carbohydrates (17%), vitamins A, D and C and insulin, which is important for the nutrition of diabetics.
