Celebi, Ishak (Ishak at Elevi), (Skopje, 1493 – Damascus, 1537) – Turkish poet of medieval Divanic literature. He was a professor of Medres in Skopje, Serez, Edirne, Bursa. He finished the highest Ottoman Medresa Sahn in Istanbul. He was a Manderis-Associate of the same Medresa. In many places he was Kadia. The literary opus includes: one sofa (collected casings and gazettes written in Turkish, Arabic and Persian), two Sevengis (one for Skopje, another for Bursa), Selim-forza (Book of Sultan Selim) and chosehovy.
