Bulgarian-Serbian Secret Accord (Sofia, 19. 1897) – Agreement during the war between Greece and Turkey, the two governments not to take one-sided political or military action, without the consent of the other, which could violate the status quo. The IS – so they committed, to the agreed delineation of the zones of Bulgarian and Serbian interests in Macedonia and other rulings of Turkey, their propaganda institutions and organizations in propaganda acting not to interfere, but mutually help. The contracting parties agreed to join Montenegro, and for being familiar with Russia. The Russian government informed the Serbian diplomatic representative to Petrograd.
