“Black Hand” – Albanian Protection Committee (1943-1944), a fascist organization formed by the Germans. He acted for spreading hatred against Macedonians, killing them (especially the visible figures) and expulsion from the occupied Western part of Macedonia. Chairman of the organization was IMmet Limani. It also performed an intelligence activity for collecting information data on the movement and strength of the Macedonian partisan units.
