Appeal courts in the Republic of Macedonia -. Courts of second instance jurisdiction in the country. For the first time, they are introduced in the judicial system of the Republic of Macedonia with the Law on Courts since 1995. Are established for the area of ​​more basic courts. There are three appellate courts based in Skopje, Stip and Bitola. In the three appellate courts there are a total of 89 judges, of which 49 in Skopje, 25 in Bitola and 15 in Stip.
