Apostolski, Vanco (Stip, 22. ⅻ 1925 – Skopje, 2008) – Journalist, publicist, socialist and statesman. He finished high school in Stip and was a member of the Nob (1941). After the liberation, he was a member of the CPM (from February 1945), editor-in-chief of the district newspaper “People’s Voice” (Stip), associate and editor of c. “Nova Makedonija”, editor-in-chief of the weekly newspaper Reporter “(Skopje) and correspondent in. “Fight” (Belgrade) from NRM. Meanwhile, the political school ended and was then the Chief of the Department of the CPM CC for propaganda abroad and a member of the Agency for Agitation and Propaganda of the CPM of the CPM (August 1950 – late 1951), deputy chief editor of the c. “Nova Makedonija” (1951 – July 1956) and Director of the Executive Council of the NRM (July 1956-1959). In the next six years he was an advisor in the Cabinet of the President of the People’s Assembly of the NRM, the chief of the Bureau of Relations with abroad of the Executive Council of the SRM and the Republic Secretary of the Executive Council of SRM (1960-1966). Later, General Director of the NIP “Nova Makedonija” (November 1973-1982), director of the information device of Macedonia, MP, vice president of the Assembly of the SRM (from May 1969), member of the CCM CCM (in five mandates), Member of the Secretariat of the CCM of SCM (January 1967 ‡ May 1969), a member of the presidency of the CCM, member (April 1982 – 25) and in one term president of the presidency of the SRM (25. 1985 – 25. Ⅳ 1986). In addition, he was the president of the Association of Journalists of the SRM and President of the Republic Social Council for International Relations with abroad, vice president of the Immigrants of the emigrants from Macedonia, etc. He is the author of several papers on the Macedonian national question and relations with neighbors.
