In addition, forest fruits and seeds are food for animal world (commodity, game, birds, etc.) and raw material for the food industry. Basic study areas are: production, collection, finishing, preservation, pre-establishment and adjustment of quality and value of seeds for sowing. The work with the seed must be based on the good knowledge of its genetic, morphological, anatomical and physiological properties. For all areas of study, techniques and technologies for their performance (seed facilities, auxiliary assets and mechanization, storage and drying facilities, laboratories, etc.) are elaborated. Al.
