Saz – a wired musical People’s instrument of Tambury type of orientary origin. The tone is obtained by striking the strings with a pider. It has a large semicircular corpus and a relatively short neck, similar to the arrest (lauta), and the difference between them is that the salt has metal thresholds on the neck, and the CIT is gone. It is played on it independently, but it is even more often music in instrumental composition. Lit.: Dr. Aleksandar Linin, People’s Musical Instruments in Macedonia, Skopje, 1986, 43. F. M. F.
