Ramićevic, Ismet

Ramićevic, Ismet (Dubnica, Serbia, 2. ⅶ 1960) – Sculptor, professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje (1984). He exhibited independently in Skopje, Sarajevo, Mostar. Worked sculptures in metal, stone and wood. Since the mid-1990s, installations and ambients use ephemeral and everyday materials, mainly newspapers bent in rolls (Labyrinth 3, 1998). L. N. Framework Agreement in the Republic of Macedonia from 13. ⅷ 2001 – Agreement for transformation of the Republic of Macedonia from the state-demos state to a multiethnic state. The agreement contains: basic principles; interruption of hostilities; Development of decentralized government in Macedonia; Non-discrimination and equitable representation of the CCM departure committee in the signing of the Framework Agreement in Ohrid (13. 2001) the ces of minority communities in state bodies and public life; Special parliamentary procedures for the protection of the rights of minority communities in education and in the use of languages, as well as in the expression of ethnic identity; Constitutional amendments; Modification in legislation and manner of building confidence among ethnic communities. The agreement guarantees the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Macedonia, as well as the unitary character of the Macedonian state, with the prohibition of resolving ethnic issues on a territorial basis. The agreement also includes elements of a multi-ethnic or plunctational state: adequate representation of members of minority communities in state bodies and public life and the introduction of parliamentary procedures with a double majority of votes.
