PEPPER

Pepper (Capsicen Annom L.) – In our conditions, a one-year-old plant. Very old culture, originated from South America. The pepper is one of the leading products in the world and in our country. It is grown because of the fruits that are consumed in an immature or mature condition, fresh, processed and conserved. Special varieties are grown for a melting red pepper as a spice in various dishes. The fruits are rich in mineral substances (0.50-0.60%), organ-ski acids (0.10-0.20%), sugars (3-5%) and vitamins (A, B, B and 12 C , 3-4 times more than lemon). The heatwork plant is intensively growing and developing at the Temo Fematus of 22-28 S. In our country, they are grown in several regions of an area of ​​8,500-9 thousand ha, with total production of about 110,000 t. Many varieties, grouped in lime are represented in production. GRASSUM (Broadcasting: Gambi, Babri and Cognition); lime. Longum (conisovide, casket and horny) and lime. SHYPA (Silitary, mostly angry). Production takes place outdoors and in protected areas, with appropriate varieties. D. J.
